Freshly roasted by Gray Cup, our roasting partner — ships across India.
1. It's a genuinely new origin
Most serious Koraput coffee planting and milling is only about two decades old. You are tasting an origin still finding its voice.
2. Different terroir
The Eastern Ghats — lower, older, drier than the Western Ghats — give a different growing environment and a different cup from Karnataka.
3. Smallholder, not estate
Koraput coffee is grown by tribal smallholders on tiny plots, often intercropped with pepper and banana under forest shade. Closer to the East African model than the Indian one.
4. Real traceability
Lots come from named partner farms — Dream Hill, Brown Valley, Oak Winds, Koraput Organic and others — not anonymous bulk.
5. Processing diversity
Washed, natural, honey and small anaerobic lots, all from one district. Easy to taste how process changes the cup.
6. Freshness
Small-batch roasting, recent roast dates, current-crop green beans.
7. Still affordable to explore
Prices haven't caught up with the quality yet.

Roasted or green
Drink it roasted from the roasted range, roast it from green beans, or have Gray Cup roast a Koraput lot to profile.
