About the Farm
Oak Winds Farm is Odisha's highest-altitude specialty coffee estate, perched in the Pottangi highlands where oak and silver oak trees provide near-total canopy cover. The extreme altitude and cool temperatures slow bean development dramatically, producing intensely aromatic coffees with bright, clean acidity.
The Story Behind the Farm
Founded by a former IT professional who left Bangalore to return to his Koraput roots, Oak Winds Farm is a passion project executed with precision. The farm has become a favourite among specialty buyers for its transparently documented lots and its willingness to experiment with new varieties and processing approaches.

Processing Methods
Cherry pulp is mechanically removed before fermentation in water tanks (18–36 hours). The parchment is then thoroughly washed and dried on raised beds for 12–18 days. Produces clean, bright, terroir-transparent cups.
Cherry pulp is removed but mucilage is retained on the parchment during drying (10–18 days). This bridges washed clarity with natural sweetness, producing honeyed, caramel-forward cups.
