About the Farm
Odisi Advance Telematic System is a technology-forward enterprise that integrates sensor-based monitoring into the growing and processing workflow. The estate uses IoT humidity and temperature sensors in the drying station and fermentation tanks to achieve unprecedented consistency in its washed lots.
The Story Behind the Farm
This estate started as a pilot programme to test whether precision agriculture technologies could be applied to small-holder coffee farming in Odisha. The results — lower defect rates, more consistent moisture content — have encouraged other partner farms to adopt similar monitoring tools.

Processing Methods
Cherry pulp is mechanically removed before fermentation in water tanks (18–36 hours). The parchment is then thoroughly washed and dried on raised beds for 12–18 days. Produces clean, bright, terroir-transparent cups.
