About the Farm

Jayadhar Garden is a smaller, artisanal estate specialising exclusively in natural-processed Robusta. The farm's low-intervention approach — long cherry drying on raised beds, no additives — produces exceptionally fruit-forward cups that challenge common perceptions of Robusta quality.

The Story Behind the Farm

Jayadhar Nayak inherited this plot from his grandfather and converted it to coffee after seeing neighbours' success. His deep attention to drying consistency — turning cherries hourly during peak sun, covering at night — has become a model for natural processing within the Odisha coffee community.

Whole cherries are dried on raised beds for 25–35 days with regular turning to ensure even drying. The fruit remains in contact with the bean throughout, imparting rich fruit sweetness and body.
