About Jayadhar Garden

Jayadhar Garden is a smaller, artisanal estate specialising exclusively in natural-processed Arabica. The farm's low-intervention approach (long cherry drying on raised beds, no additives) produces exceptionally fruit-forward, full-bodied cups.

Jayadhar Nayak inherited this plot from his grandfather and converted it to coffee after seeing neighbours' success. His deep attention to drying consistency (turning cherries hourly during peak sun, covering at night) has become a model for natural processing within the Odisha coffee community.
