About the Farm
Annapurna Coffee Estate is located in the Sunabeda plateau, one of Odisha's highest coffee-growing zones. The cool nights and warm days create ideal conditions for slow cherry development, producing beans with exceptional sweetness and clarity.
The Story Behind the Farm
Named after the goddess of harvest, Annapurna Estate was established with a vision to produce specialty-grade coffee from Odisha's highlands. The estate has pioneered honey processing in the region, creating coffees with pronounced sweetness that have drawn attention from specialty roasters.

Processing Methods
Cherry pulp is mechanically removed before fermentation in water tanks (18–36 hours). The parchment is then thoroughly washed and dried on raised beds for 12–18 days. Produces clean, bright, terroir-transparent cups.
Cherry pulp is removed but mucilage is retained on the parchment during drying (10–18 days). This bridges washed clarity with natural sweetness, producing honeyed, caramel-forward cups.
