Wild Civet Cat Coffee (Kopi Luwak)
From Brown Valley Coffee Estate · Boipariguda, Koraput District · 1050–1300m
About This Lot
A genuine rarity from Brown Valley, Koraput, Odisha, India — wild civet cat coffee, exclusively foraged at Brown Valley Coffee Estate. Also known as Kopi Luwak, it's made by passing coffee cherries through the digestive tract of the wild Asian palm civet, where they undergo natural fermentation and enzymatic changes before being hand-collected from the animal's droppings, thoroughly cleaned, and sun-dried. It's washed — a smooth, low-bitter cup with rich chocolate, earthy, and creamy dairy-like notes. Wild-foraged (never caged), seasonal, and available only in small quantities.
