About this roast
Anaerobic-natural SLN 9 from Oak Winds, co-conditioned with strawberry and rested in whiskey oak. Sealed-tank fermentation drives vivid strawberry and floral notes; the barrel adds a soft oak frame. Roasted light to keep the fruit forward.
