About this roast
AAA-grade (screen 17+) washed Arabica from Dream Hill, positioned at the highest elevations in Odisha's coffee belt at over 1100m. Clean fermentation and extended raised-bed drying, roasted medium to balance the estate's bright acidity with a rounded, sweet body. The benchmark washed lot from Odisha's most refined high-altitude estate.

Brewing
Pour-over, V60 or Chemex at 92–93°C, medium-fine grind, 1:16 ratio. Full 3–4 minute brew time rewards the floral aromatics and citrus clarity. Also excellent as a bright, clean cold brew.
